This was the first time I had used Xpress Lube for my oil change. I actually just drove in because it was convienent for me at the time. It was the cheapest, cleanest, and friendliest service that I have ever received. I will always go to Xpress Lube from now on.
Great service and great people!
Service at this Xpress Lube was outstanding! Brian Umfress and his crew really helped me when my battery died a block away from their place, installing a new battery, air filters and windshield wipers, filling my tires and checking brake fluid, all things that had been supposedly been taken care of (but obviously weren't) when I had a major tune up two weeks ago at our local dealership. And they did this all within an hour, even vacuumed out my car when they were done! Everyone in the waiting room said this is the only place they'll take their car and I can see why. I highly recommend it!
The service was great. It was my second time there and I am well pleased. You feel confident that they are doing a good job and do not try to sell you unnecessary products. I will definitely use them next time and have recommended them to friends and family.
I spent 18 years in the auto industry and the last seven in the insurance business so I know what good customer service means. Mr. Groover and his staff take customer service to the next level. I recommend them to everyone. They are the best!
I have two personal vehicles and responsible for the company's three vehicles, I use both the cliff Gookin and the north Gloster locations, they do great work, wouldn't think of taking vehicles any where else.
You Guys do a great job! Always so friendly.

I felt like I owned the place. My personal vehicle specialist recognized my inspection sticker was expired and saved me the price of a ticket the next time I go thru a checkpoint with the Highway Patrol. The coffee was fresh and my wife and I agree, "Clean Restroom" Thanks!
